Every cancer is different. Genomic testing can identify alterations in a tumor’s DNA that may help inform treatment decisions. But genetics alone does not always reveal how an individual patient’s cancer will respond to therapy.

PARIS adds another source of information by testing living tumor cells against multiple therapies and observing their response. These functional results are considered alongside molecular information to provide a more personalized picture of the cancer.
